These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our recruitment platform, services, and applications. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or using the services. If you do not agree to or cannot understand any part of these Terms, please immediately discontinue using the services.

Article 1 (Account Registration and Management)

  1. Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms under applicable laws.
  2. Identity Verification: In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you must provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date contact details (such as a valid phone number) during registration.
  3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not transfer, lease, or share your account with any third party.

Article 2 (Services and Proper Use)

  1. Scope of Services: This platform provides recruitment information, job listings, resume submission, workplace communication, and interview matching services in South Korea.
  2. Accuracy of Information: Job seekers must ensure the authenticity of their submitted resumes and work experience. Employers and recruiters must guarantee the legality, accuracy, and truthfulness of their posted job listings.
  3. Prohibited Conduct:
    • Violating applicable laws, labor regulations, or public order.
    • Infringing upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights.
    • Committing fraud, publishing counterfeit job postings, or misusing the platform for illicit purposes.

Article 3 (Termination and Service Restrictions)

If a user violates these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the platform, the platform reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate service access depending on the severity of the violation.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The platform operates as an information intermediary facilitating recruitment communication between employers and job seekers. The platform does not guarantee employment outcomes or the absolute veracity of user-generated content.
  2. The platform shall not be held liable for failure or interruption of services resulting from force majeure events, natural disasters, national emergencies, or unexpected technical malfunctions.

Article 5 (Amendments)

The platform may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws. Amended Terms will be announced through platform notices prior to their effective date.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising between the user and the platform shall be submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.
